A conversation inspired by one of my clients when she asked me for my thoughts on some of her business decisions.

Backing your own decisions can be challenging especially if you’re transitioning from being an employee to a business owner because no one is “signing off” on your work anymore and whatever decisions you make in your business, it falls on you. But that’s part of business, you have to start thinking of yourself as self-starters and trust that you’ve made the best decisions despite the possibility of it being a mistake.

In this week's episode, I dived deeper into why new business owners tend to not back themselves on their decisions and how you could start backing your decisions in business.
