Self victimizing...or is it?
Self victimizing...or is it? In this episode I share thoughts on what it means for me to unpack our truths involving trauma. Recorded after speaking on some long held on hurt with my own step mother and father, including addiction and dysfunction through my childhood. Whether your emotional trauma is a spill over from a birth experience, a relationship, childhood, or other-speaking on, releasing, and beginning to appropriately place our emotions is how we can reclaim our inner peace as power. It is how we begin to move through codependency behaviors, playing small, and begin owning our healing from. Later in the episode I share what it means to cut energetic cords and then offer a quick, simple, yet beautifully meaningful way of severing cords of attachment, that often lock us into toxic interactions.
