In the first episode of Hudson Records Podcast, presenter Jenny Sturgeon chats with Hudson Records founder Andy Bell. They chat about Andy's career as a recording engineer and producer and how this lead him to starting his own independent record label. Now in its 5th year Hudson Records has become a household name in the folk and indie scenes with artists such as The Furrow Collective, Karine Polwart, Jon Boden, Northern Flyway and Neil McSweeney part of the Hudson community. Jenny and Andy discuss the past, present and future of the record label including the eagerly awaited Hudson Club. Featuring interview snippets with Hudson artists Sam Sweeney, MG Boulter and Lauren MacColl.
