Former CIA director and retired US General David H. Petraeus and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov took part in the event "On the main thing: the front and recovery" during the Kyiv Security Forum said that more should be done to make sure export controls and sanctions on Russia are enforced. The comment from David Petraeus comes amid news of a possible trip by North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un to Russia this month to meet with President Vladimir Putin and discuss the possibility of supplying Moscow with more weaponry for its war in Ukraine.
