We all heard it growing up, “life isn’t fair”. The truth is, it is not fair, and it is really hard! Staying unfit is hard, getting fit is hard. Staying unhappy is hard, getting happy is hard. Having no boundaries is hard to deal with, setting boundaries is hard if you haven’t been doing that! Change is hard. Life is hard. But we have a CHOICE.

This is a short and sweet solo episode that may be the motivation you or someone you know needs to hear today about making that tough choice.
