We have been conditioned to live in a certain way and to give our power away , focus on the wrong things and loose touch with our intuitive God self . This leads to hidden stress that is mind based and not real and this over time makes us sick . This low grade chronic stress weakens the immune system. Examples of this stress are suppressed emotions, toxic thoughts , unresolved trauma , distorted beliefs and unhealthy coping mechanisms. Antoinette shares how cancer broke her open to this truth. Healing her cancer became a journey of healing her mind ,emotions and past trauma . This became a journey of sacred training and the path to reuniting with who really is - a spark of God , her true nature
