Hello and welcome, friend, to another episode of the Holy Human Podcast.

Today I'm joined by Maximilian Bartel - a dear friend of mine. This conversation revolves around some of our favourite topics and much of our own, especially Maxi's experience in regard to spirituality, men's work and friendship. WHO IS MAXI? A seeker, musician, podcaster, online marketer, son, twin, friend, guide – just a few words to describe him as a person. One of his passions in this life is creating safe and sacred containers for people to express themselves from the heart. There's many of those spaces - from his interview podcast "going out | looking in" to his work with men to writing and sharing his music and art. Maxi's work is rooted in the values of: Truth, presence and love. He studied under Richard Baker Roshi in the Zen Buddhist monastary Dharma Sangha in the Blackforest. He practices QiGong and Zen meditation. Further influences on his work are based on the theories of C.G. Jung, Michael Singer, Paramahansa Yogananda and David Deida. Currently he's living and working at the Chiemsee in Prien in Germany.
