Being obese, feeling like her body was breaking, struggling with anxiety and depression but with a never ending to do list and so many responsibilities as an entrepreneur and mom of two, Terry Tateossian continued to push through until she had a wake up call. Her wake up call was when she was in the ER a couple of times thinking she was having a heart attack in her mid-30s when it was really an anxiety attack.  

Despite trying every diet out there, Terry was not able to keep the weight off until she finally addressed her hormones. Terry saw long lasting results. It wasn’t until after she saw the results, she realized she was going through perimenopause, and her lifestyle changes improved her hormone health which is why she had lasting results.
