Do you have a hard time accepting yourself? Have trouble fitting in and think there’s something wrong with you? Do you regularly feel resentment toward others? Feel misunderstood, especially when your emotions are heightened? I’m thrilled you’re here! This podcast will help you calm the internal chatter, set boundaries, and celebrate how you were created so you can build confidence and cultivate the true connections you crave. Hi, my name is Allyssya and I’m a Highly Sensitive Woman. For decades, I struggled to believe I am worthy of taking up space in the world. I listened to society’s rules for how I “should” be or feel, I made myself small to accommodate others, and I tried to put myself in a box just to fit in. I finally realized if I wanted peace and to be understood, I needed to accept who I am and show that amazing woman to others. I learned to challenge those old beliefs, stop worrying so much about what others think of me, and step outside my comfort zone so I could confidently live a life I created instead of one chosen for me. If you’re ready to let go of self-doubt, find your voice, and live with internal peace and bold confidence, grab your cozy blanket and get comfy, it’s time to connect with someone just like you!

25 | Becoming Who You’ve Always Been
Have you ever been complimented on something -  an outfit, a choice, a way of being - and deep down thought, “This isn’t even me”?   As highly sensitive women, we’re often praised for the roles we play: the versions of ourselves carefully constructed to gain approval, keep the peace, or fit in. But what happens when the life you’re living doesn’t actually feel like yours?   In this episode, I’m peeling back the layers of people-pleasing and performance to help you reconnect with the real you, the one who’s been there all along. Together, we’ll explore why it can feel so hard to know ourselves as HSPs, and I’ll share gentle, practical ways to tune into your truth and start becoming who you’ve always been.   What You’ll Learn in This Episode:   ✨ Why highly sensitive women often lose touch with their authentic selves ✨ How to use a “Not Me” list to get clear on what doesn’t belong to you ✨ Ways to spot subtle moments when you’re performing instead of being ✨ How to trust your body’s wisdom when making decisions ✨ The power of reconnecting with forgotten joys to rediscover your inner compass   Becoming who you’ve always been isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about peeling back what isn’t you — and remembering who you’ve always been underneath.   Want to connect and learn more about becoming who you’ve always been?   ➡️ Share your wins and aha moments on this week’s post on: Facebook: Life Coaching with Allyssya or Instagram: @lifecoach_allyssya   Ready to begin your journey of self-acceptance?  ➡️ Let’s discover what’s getting in the way and create a plan that feels right for you.
