What is the cost of keeping your story anonymous? How would anyone know that you could offer up some help or perspective in a situation they're in? How can we normalized life's challenges with family, mental health, addiction, & finding purpose if we don't share our story with each other? Here, we talk about how to use your life experience as your superpower. We are here to shatter the stigma associated with the shame, guilt, & the embarrassment of struggle. We are here to make counseling, therapy & support groups as common as hiring a personal trainer or going to a group fitness class

First, you must win in the dark EP 207
In this podcast episode, we explore the idea of "winning in the dark" as introduced by Eric Thomas, a motivational speaker and life coach. Thomas emphasizes that to achieve success and set oneself apart from others, it's crucial to put in the hard work behind closed doors, without any fanfare, pat on the back, or paycheck. Winning in the dark means doing all the necessary tasks when no one is watching, and there is no immediate gratification.
However, this is easier said than done, and many of us struggle to discipline ourselves in certain areas of our lives. In this episode, I share some of my own struggles with self-discipline and explore some of the reasons behind procrastination.
Join us as we delve deeper into the concept of winning in the dark and discover how to cultivate the self-discipline necessary to achieve success in all areas of our lives. If you have questions or comments, please use the Q and a section on Spotify and you can always find us at - K Preston Moore
