Embracing the beautifully complex

Chelsea K. Brown is a UX Researcher at Google and the author of the Little Wahine, an illustrated children’s book that champions values like courage, community care, and curiosity.  “Wahine” means "woman" in Hawaiian, Polynesian, and Maori, and in this episode, Chelsea shares how her personal experiences paved the path for the creation of the book, as well as how she assembled her dream team.

Chelsea and her team are in the middle of their journey, raising money on Kickstarter to help sustainability print the book and donate copies of the book to organizations that empower at-risk youth.
