This chapter is dedicated to the culminating part of The Heroine's Journey called "The Descent". It is a portal to cross into the next ascending phase. We call it The Death Portal.

• About repression and about being in discomfort
• What it feels like to outgrow a role in your life
• The Good Mother and the Bad Mother Archetype and how they are both represented in the Hindu Goddess Kali.
• Demons and daemons (the demons counterparts) and we explained a technique to integrate them both.
• The Jung term “shadows”. What it means and we also explained an exercise to bring them to light.
