The question “who are you?” sends chills down my spine, and not because I don’t know who I am but more so, how do I fit 25 years of life into a solid answer? How do I paint a picture that thoroughly depicts me? A question I find myself thinking about quite often than not lately. So here I am, trying to answer that question as simply as I possibly can while navigating the ins and outs of being a female in this world. Join me and some of my guests as we unpack every “should” and “shouldn’t”, let’s hold hands as we unlearn and heal. Let’s grow, one conversation at a time.

my biggest fear when I had the idea to start the podcast was putting myself out there, I’ve never been able to do so but I knew how important this podcast was to me and those around me and so, I pushed myself. although days turned into months, and months into years, here I am now, taking the plunge. there’s no time like the present right? I’m Noluthando Javu and welcome to my world.
