Our guest today is Cathie Briggette who is the Co-Founder of, "Herself 360", an online woman's magazine. This week's guest is Laura Greco who is the founder of The Resilient Mamas Movement. She explains that the movement teaches, "How to transform from reaction to loving response, moving out of overwhelm and anxiety to joyful family life". Our guest for this episode is Jenine Powell who is a Divorce Coach! I did not know such a category existed. This week's guest Donna Lait-inen is a Mindset Coach and Behavior Change Specialist. Our guest for this episode is Vince Santilli, CEO of Homes For The Brave. Located in Bridgeport,CT, this organization founded in 2002 serves men and women, " experiencing homelessness, almost all of whom are veterans". Vince continues, "In addition to 5 houses in Bridgeport and West Haven,CT, we have a clinical program,a vocational program and a Walk-In, Drop-In Veterans Service Center." Vince is also an Assistant Basketball Coach on the University of Bridgeport Purple Knights women's basketball team.

Our guest this week is an extraordinary woman, Heidi Rome. She is a mentor for moms with severely autistic children.Heidi tells us, "I work with and advocate for overwhelmed moms and dads of severely autistic teens and young adults". Heidi has been, "on the autisim journey for twelve years with my second son Ethan". She continues, "I remind families that they are not alone in this tough situation...isolation, with the resulting fear and sense of hopelessness, is the true enemy". 

Our guest for today is Jennifer Paoni. She is a Professional Photo Organizer who tells us, "I love bringing people joy through the photo. I love the story they tell...I feel strongly that photos should be enjoyed more than sitting on your phone".Jennifer noticed that during the pandemic people had time to work on their photos but, "often people need some encouragement and guidance....a side benefit to the work is relieving stress that people have over their photos.

Our guest for this episode is Hans Hanson who is a National College Advisor. Hans says, "I live to help turn kids' dreams into reality. I work to help parents get college right for both their child and their family....and getting it all at the right cost". In addition to his work, Hans is a musician,Bass guitar, and he formed a band. He tells us, " I play the Bass to raise money for homeless veterans".

Our guest today is Lisa Van Hara who is a Coach, Energy Healer AND a Realtor.At the start of the pandemic Lisa had been a realtor for 14 years. She told us that," the burst in demand was great in the income sector of my life, yet led to total burnout. This led to breakdown which led to  led to breakthrough-- a spiritual quest to dive deep and find some answers to my life".  Today lisa is still a realtor& has become a Coach and Energy Healer.  

Our guest today is Bill Lennan who is the Co-Founder of The Haert Program...yes, that is the correct spelling! Bill tells us," that the work of my heart is teaching people how to be consitenly confident and have composure. Confidence and composure are the polar opposites of depression and anxiety". Bill continues, "we are working to build a generation of people who are self reliant and who do the work to solve problems and who are committed to teaching others what they have learned".

Our guest for this episode is Cal Forster who is a Doctorate Student in the Chiropractic Program of Northeast College of Health Sciences. Cal explained to us that, "the work of my heart is to help as many people as possible to optimize their potential health, therefore quality and probably quantity of life". Also, he hopes to be able to , "educate and inspire people on the importance of a nutritionally sound lifestyle that includes supplementation and supportive natural therapies i.e. Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Message therapy".
