The Heare Brotherhood mission is to forge a global brotherhood of support and growth.

What started as a vision and a dream has turned into a global brotherhood, with members from over 50 countries in every habitable continent.

We are creating a space where men can connect, support and strengthen each other, shoulder life’s burdens together, and realize that we are not alone on our journeys as men, as fathers, as brothers, as sons.

We dive into authentic conversations, with some laughs and some tears, covering topics like:

What is true masculinity? What is true brotherhood?
How to connect more deeply with ourselves, others, and our higher power.
What tools, concepts, and practices help us live our lives more fully.
How to become more present and authentic.
How intentional vulnerability demonstrates strength and courage.

We also give you a sneak peek into how we as the founders – John Moore, Justin Brey, Michael Allen, and Jason Rogers – have built this brotherhood. You’ll see some raw moments, some stories of success and failure, and some twists and turns of seeking to fulfill our mission of forging a global brotherhood of support and growth.

We are here to hear. Thanks for listening to and supporting the Heare Brotherhood podcast.

Nathan Tanner | From panic attack to triathlons, principles from his book The Unconquerable Leader, Mastering the Internal and External Game
Nathan Tanner is an executive coach and author of the new book, The Unconquerable Leader, Mastering the Internal and External Game.

From a panic attack while working at DoorDash during the company's biggest stages of hypergrowth, to then competing and placing in the top 3 of a triathlon and still being able to show up for his daughter's soccer game, Nathan shares his experiences with self-awareness, growth, and changing our limiting stories. He outlines some principles from his new book about toxic vs. true authenticity, processing emotions in healthy ways (like the unsent angry letter), defining the vision for our future selves, and taking the small steps to create evidence supporting our changing stories. He shares practical examples from his coaching experience and from his personal life, as well as some Q&A at the end from those who joined live from the Heare community.

And, you can grab a copy of his book now available on Amazon using this link:
