Today we are going to be talking all about your bliss point and if you have never heard of this concept before, no worries, that is exactly why I am doing an entire podcast on this topic. Every person has a bliss point when it comes to food and your bliss point is the combination of sugar, salt, and fat that provides you with the sensory profile where you like food the most. I want you to take a minute and think about the foods that you just can’t say no to. The foods where once you open the box it’s just game over. The ones that just taste so good to you that one serving is never enough. And let’s be honest - we are only talking about processed food.
