#10. 20 Weeks to a better marathon

In this episode, Seán covers in detail everything you need to know about Health Matters highly successful marathon programme “20 weeks to a better marathon” 

This specialised programme is mainly aimed at the Dublin City Marathon but can be used for anyone marathon like Berlin, Chicago, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, New York or Valencia as long as there is enough time. 

The goal would be to allow 20 weeks, but we do have 16-week options and for those that are more experienced 12 weeks 

20 Weeks to a Better Marathon consists of;  

  • 2 x Vo2 tests  

  • 2 personalised running plans  

  • 1 Sports nutrition workshop  

  • 1 strength and mobility workshop 

  • Full coaching and support  

This programme has been highly successful over the years with Seán and Brain of Swaby Sessions combining their skillset with sports nutritionist Alanna Kelly and movement specialist Brian O Loughlin to deliver a very special one-of-a-kind programme.
