
This podcast is a short and simple one about sitting and how it affects us as hobbyists. This episode is less of an actual alleviation of symptoms of aches and pains that you have while hobbying but rather to create a mindset shift. You will not allow your body to do something first until you think it. In this episode we talk about being more aware of both your posture during sitting as well as how long you are sitting in that posture. This will allow you to make necessary changes in the future so that you can prevent aches and pains down the road, as well as be able to hobby for many years to come.
