
Vanessa is Mind-Body Expert and Your Grateful (and Faithful) Guide to all things chronic illness, nervous system regulation, and grief. She is a giver of hope ropes, a teacher of tools, and a master encourager. Chronic illness had a hold over her life for over a decade. She was diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses including POTS, CFS, Chronic Migraine, Vestibular Disorders, Meniere’s disease, PPPD, MCAS, Chronic Urticaria, Chronic Sinusitis, Chronic UTI, Small Fibre Neuropathy, Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder, Depression, PTSD, IBS, GERD, Gastroparesis, and more recently long covid. Just when she thought all hope was lost, she found her faith and it pointed me in the direction of neuroplasticity and the mind-body world.
She now guides fellow self-healers and grievers on this journey by holding space, helping them feel seen, heard, understood and supported. She helps reignite belief, offer resources, teach tools for regulation, help them feel empowered and motivate them through the ups and downs.
