Amy lost her Mum to suicide when she was 21 years old and the family didn’t speak about it, leaving her just to get on with life.
It wasn’t until she was 31 years old and her grandmother died that Amy realised she needed to find a way through her grief. Amy discussed how she did this through using natural holistic solutions.
