Aly Contreras is someone I consider to be a renaissance woman. I worked with her at Resonance Apothecary and found myself constantly picking her brain about Human Design. She shares the science of differentiation in such a practical and tangible way. Aly holds a degree in Journalism and is a certified Human Design reader, Psych-K facilitator, yoga teacher and level 3 Reiki practitioner.
HD is a synthesis of many disciplines including the chakra system, kabbalah, astrology and the i-ching system. It can be such a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing.
