When I first got into hardcore I witnessed some pretty wild events. There were fights with skinheads, suburban dudes acting as "crews," countless stage dives, a full scale riot, black eyes, a broken nose, and a broken window at a gig in a second story loft courtesy of a guitar amp. There was also the time we all had to wait it out because someone pulled a gun out in the parking lot. This all transpired within my first two years in the scene. Needless to say I was hooked. This podcast will serve as not only a memory of all of those events, but also a look into the future.

We talked briefly about Jake's introduction to underground music. We also talked about everything his bands are currently up to, including a show Josh is booking for Nailgun in Rochester in April.
