First and foremost, we have to express our gratitude for this episode.
Scooter is in a crazy busy season of tree planting and, on very short notice, made some time to hope on a call and record this podcast episode.
As of Aug 2024, Johnathon "Scooter" Clark has overseen the planting of over 147 MILLION trees being planted, right here in Canada.
He works alongside big logging companies, to help replant those trees that are being logged and cut down. AND with replant.environmental, they are planting trees on the east coast that are forever trees. Trees that will still be standing years and years from now, as long as we take care of them.
We edited this episode a little bit different than any other episode we've ever done.
On Replant's website, there is a large collection of tree planting photos, AND a soundtrack full of songs written by those who have been out planting trees. We tied these photos and songs into the episode.
Here are the songs in order:
First:
Song: Pockets Full Of Cream
Artist: Yankee Yanni & the Lowballing Jazz Band
Second:
Song: Similkameen Rises
Artist: B Cruisey
Third:
Song: Planto Ranto

Fourth:
Song: Treeplanting Song
Artist: Nigel Eberding
Fifth:

Tune in to learn all about HOW this incredible company got started (hint: It was just a website, in the 90's to keep people updated), how large it has grown, what is on this man's heart to do, how many trees get planted and just what YOU can do to help support Tree Planting in Canada.
