🌅 1. No social media for 30+ minutes after waking

💧 2. Water first thing in the morning

🌞 3. Spending time in nature

🥗 4. Eating whole-food–focused meals

🧘‍♀️ 5. Listening to my body for movement

🌙 6. Using DND at night

💤 7. Sleeping 8+ hours a night

🧠 8. Listening to podcasts in areas I want to grow

💖 9. Removing negative input (music, people, social)

✨ 10. Being softer with myself (embracing 80/20)
