This week Carly and Jo start by reminiscing about the past 12 episodes and what they have gained through doing this podcast. They also respond to some of the common questions and rebuttals that people have regarding intuitive eating and HAES. 

1. If I only ate what I was craving, I would sit around and eat donuts and candy all day!

2. I don't care what people think of me. I just want to lose weight for myself.

3. A doctor told me that I have to lose weight, so I don't have the privilege of looking at food that way.
