A few clients have brought this up in coaching calls, they’ve asked “Sian, how do I deal with a difficult client?”
For business owners and particularly when you have a small team, a difficult client can really rock the boat. It’s not cut and dry, you can’t run around resigning PITA clients (that’s a pain in the a**) because they possibly bring in a good chunk of revenue. On the flip side, they could be hurting your team and creating a horrid working environment. How you handle the situation reflects on your leadership.
Let’s dive into three ways that you can handle a difficult client and explore when it really is time to let them go.
And a special thanks to our episode sponsor, Practice. Everything you need to smoothly run a client-based business all in one place! Head over to Practice.Do for a look around.
