We start off todays episode with a quick grounding practice. I know we are all busy mamas with only a few minutes to spare! So hopefully this grounding practice sets you off on the right foot and I hope you are able to connect with your body! On this episode I deep dive into sharing my personal journey over the past few years and the discovery of my nervous system and how it correlates with motherhood and parenting. I share my struggles, how I overcame them and the growth I have endured along my parenting journey. A sequence of multiple life events left me with a disregulated nervous system and I constantly was questioning, “This can’t be it, I know I can be a better mom!” I emphasize that we are not alone on our motherhood journeys and we should not try and go about it alone. I touch on a 21-day nervous system reset program that was truly transformational and the importance of self-awareness, community, support, self-care, well being and intuition.  I would love for you to join me on this Kindred Journey of motherhood!
