It is important as a Leader to have a vision, the drive and the focus to ensure actions are in place to pursue your vision, and the perseverance to bounce back yourself as we are solely responsible for our own success, “No Halu”, quoted from Pak Engkun Kurnia. This is also why he supported his F&B team to launch several initiatives. One of them is Herbalicious Drinks initiative. It is important that we continue to seize every opportunity to maintain the team spirit.
