The Grip Sport International Central Canada Regional Championship was hosted by Andrew Nguyen and Rachel Hartviksen on September 13th contesting: Mini Inch Pinch, Wrist Wrench 2-3/8”, Sarah's Block, and Crimp Plate 3/4. They join the show and discuss several key points to running a smooth grip competition. With 32 competitors attending the regional event (half of the pack being first time lifters) it will be interesting to see how they continue to evolve their competitions while introducing the sport to new audiences.
