The grind theory podcast is all about the process and struggle. People usually talk about their success and all the good things that come with it, they may briefly mention their failures. But they don’t go in depth to share the unfiltered, raw behind the scenes of their biggest struggles, disappointments and most difficult times during the process. Or the thoughts and mindsets they had during that time or how they overcame them and got through their struggles to be successful. Our greatest lessons come from our failures. Friends, rivals and roommates, your host Aquille and co host Ore, find their voice with the grind theory as they aim to dive deep and find and share the funny, sad, unique, crazy and even untold stories of themselves and the guests they interview. That have faced adversity and struggled during the process and share how they overcame and what lessons they learned that helped to elevate them to improve and be successful. Using their unique relationship and banter to do it in a fun and entertaining way that leaves you laughing and learning.
