As most of these stories begin, the town was established though conflict between Native American tribes and white colonizers and a string of treaties that were never honored. But the horrors don’t end there…at the junction of two Minnesota rivers lies Dead Man’s Trail, a treasure trove of mysterious sightings and ghostly tales. We even tell the story of famed Saturday Night Live comedian Phil Hartman’s killing at the hand of his wife.
