Our guest today gets vulnerable and raw and you will absolutely love her! Stephanie Maez, the Executive Director of the Outdoor Foundation, and her family suffered a huge amount of trauma and fear when her son was wrongly accused of murder when he was only 18 years old. Stephanie tells of the day she found out he had been arrested and all that he and her family went through while he was incarcerated, released, and their story after the real murderer was found and convicted. This episode is so powerful for anyone who feels alone and helpless in their grief and would like to hear ways that the outdoors helped her. Stephanie’s and her son Donovan’s story is one not to miss! http://Outdoorindustry.org/participation/
