Silverstone Chaos, Horner’s Shocking Exit, and F1 in the Rain — Plus a Spa Preview!

It’s been a minute — but I’m back! In this episode of The Grid Girls Formula, we’re catching up on everything you might have missed in F1 lately.

I start with some life updates (hi, hello 👋) and explain what’s been going on behind the scenes. I also give a quick update on the Canada recap (yes, it’s still coming!) and why I’m skipping Austria.

Then, we dive into the huge story: Christian Horner has been fired from Red Bull, and the paddock is spiraling. What does this mean for Max? Will Mercedes really scoop him up? And how does this affect the team structure moving forward?

Next, we recap one of the best races of the season — the Silverstone GP — complete with wet weather chaos, wild spins, some questionable penalties, and Nico Hülkenberg absolutely shining. Also: could Lando’s home win be the beginning of a title charge?

This week’s Technical Tidbit explains how F1 cars are adjusted for wet conditions — from ride height to tyre pressures — and how teams balance performance with safety.

Finally, we preview the next race at Spa — a legendary, unpredictable circuit where literally anything can happen.
