Make it fashunnn dahling, but vegan!
Sisters Jess and Stef Dadon are the founders of Twoobs, an Australian sustainable footwear brand. Having started sneaking into fashion week and finding themselves uncomfortable in their heels, an idea was born; shoes that fight the patriarchy and climate crisis in one! Lucy asks about making a name for yourself and building their way up through the industry.  What does it mean to run a "vegan" business? How does one uphold their values through each step of the production line? More importantly, what do you do when you're unhappy with current practice, or the way you're living your life? The Dadon sisters considered even closing their brand for the good of the planet. Thankfully, the girls were empowered to stop, think and, reshape the way they approached design, manufacturing and all the rest of it.  Icons, for sure. xo
