YOU WANT TO "LOSE WEIGHT" ? YOU DON'T HAVE A CHANCE!!!!
Virtually everyone who "loses weight" gains it back. Why would anyone regain the weight they fought so hard to "lose"? It's really very simple. It's because you and everyone else are "emotionally comfortable" at their weight. You can tell yourself that you hate weighing what you do but you find yourself unable to weigh less. Isn't that just crazy! You can do so many things well: work, raise a family, deal with your other problems and responsibilities but you cannot control your weight. It's why you made yourself overweight or fat. It's your emotional need to put food in your mouth to deal with life's ups and downs. You made yourself weigh what you do - but not gain more weight- because it enables you to continue to put the food in your mouth and stay at your weight. The only way to control your weight is to eliminate your emotional need for food.
