Episode 112: APPARENTLY I AM THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD WHO UNDERSTANDS THE PROBLEM OF WEIGHT!!
Everyone seems to be asking you for money based on promises that they will enable you to permanently "lose weight." Everyone also knows that this is nonsense!!
Diets will never enable you to permanently weigh less. WHY? Because you and just about everyone else on earth have been attempting to satisfy their emotional needs with food. Putting food in your mouth makes you feel better and stops you from feeling bad. It is just that simple.
So diets say to give up foods that you need emotionally or in the amounts you need emotionally. That is never going to happen over any period of time.
AGAIN, FOOD IN NOT THE PROBLEM!!! YOU ARE YOUR OWN PROBLEM.
If you want to weight less permanently you have to deal with and eliminate the emotional need you feel to keep putting so much food in your mouth. Once that need is gone you will never weigh more than you want to again. REALLY!!!
It's not difficult and it's FREE!!
You will never have to pay anyone anything to weigh less again.
