
I'm making The Great British Baking Show's challenges completely vegan. For Bread Week I veganized Mark's Irish soda breads. The savory one was flavored with cheddar and sausage and the sweet one was a chocolate and stout. As part of the challenge I also had to make a butter to go with the bread. I made all 3 completely vegan without eggs, dairy or animal products.
On today's episode we talk about how I did it, play a game of Bake Off trivia, talk about the best tips for making bread and churning your own vegan butter.
