However, Joseph and Mary followed the requirements of the Law of Moses, specifically Leviticus 12, when they had Jesus circumcised and when they went to the temple for the purification rites. This shows that Joseph and Mary were under law not grace, and it shows that Luke is not the third book in the new testament. The new testament is not a set of 27 books but is one Savior's blood that was shed for the forgiveness of our sins and to reconcile us to God. For more of Brad's resources, see below.
