
Today I talk with Hannah-Jayne who is a mental health advocate and we talk about her lived in experience with mental health - how her diagnosis does not define her, and how she has a love hate relationship with mental health these days as it’s been tokenised through marketing and social media without real change being rooted in the fabric of our society. We also talk about how self-care is so important for our mental health… which is exactly my stance on it! Essential self-care literally helped bring me out of my depression several years back which is why I’m so passionate about empowering others to utilise the power of self-care their way everyday.
