In this episode of The Goodieval Life, I open up about what it truly means to explore the depths of life — the pain, the growth, the isolation, and the rebirth.
“I am nothing, so I became everything” isn’t just a quote — it’s a mindset. It’s about stripping away ego, fear, and false identity to rediscover who you are when the world is quiet and the lights are off. It’s about walking through the valleys of doubt, running toward the sunrise with purpose, and training the mind, body, and spirit to embrace life in its rawest form.
Join me as I talk about how embracing nothingness became the foundation for becoming everything — through suffering, through exploration, and through surrendering to God’s plan. This episode is for anyone searching for meaning, strength, and truth in their own wilderness.

Train. Live. Learn.
This is The Goodieval Life.
Life is not a rehearsal—it’s the one shot we get. To maximize life is to refuse to drift through it half-awake. It means living with intention, presence, and urgency. Every moment we waste in fear, distraction, or comfort is a moment we can never reclaim. I want more than just to exist—I want to experience life deeply, fully, and unapologetically.
Getting the most out of life starts with awareness. I must pay attention—to the people around me, to the beauty in ordinary things, to the lessons in pain and joy alike. When I’m present, even the smallest moments can feel infinite. Gratitude turns routine into meaning.
But presence alone isn’t enough. I must also take risks. Growth and fulfillment come from stepping into discomfort, from chasing what sets my soul on fire. I want to travel far, love hard, fail boldly, and rise again with purpose. Playing it safe might keep me protected—but it will never make me feel alive.
To truly live, I must challenge myself. Whether in the gym, in work, in art, or in silence—I must stretch beyond who I was yesterday. Excellence isn’t found in ease; it’s carved through effort and courage. The goal is not perfection but progression. Becoming more, doing more, feeling more.
In the end, maximizing life means showing up—for myself, for others, and for this one incredible, unpredictable ride. I won’t wait for the perfect moment. I’ll live now, fully and fiercely. Because when the end comes, I don’t want to wonder what if. I want to know—I lived.
