Chris Murphy is a super talented Australian artist, creating incredibly moving songs and memorable performances. Perhaps most well known for his Australian Idol performance of Evie (part 1) in 2006 which received a “Touchdown” from Mark Holden and Marcia Hines said it was “One of the most exciting performances we've ever seen on that stage”.
Chris has a busy and buzzing music career, and has performed alongside Creedence Clearwater Revisited, Richard Marx, Leo Sayer, Little River Band, Stevie Wright from The Easybeats, Normie Rowe and supporting Australian music legends including John Farnham, Jimmy Barnes, Daryl Braithwaite, The Black Sorrows, James Reyne, Diesel, Ross Wilson, Jon Stevens, Icehouse, Mental as Anything, Russell Morris, Gangajang, Richard Clapton, Vika & Linda Bull, Rick Price and Mark Seymour (of Hunters & Collectors).
