You may be curious about body shaming, especially if you have never experienced it before. Or, you may have experienced it and want to learn more about it. Body shaming is a form of bullying that is directed towards someone's body size or shape. It can cause a lot of damage, such as depression, loneliness, and sadness. People who are body shamed often cry and feel very very sad.
Fat people are the most common targets of body shaming, but anyone can be body shamed. No one deserves to be shamed for their body, no matter what size or shape they are. If you see someone being body shamed, stand up for them!
