Hi everyone! We're back and this month we're delighted to sit down with award winning fatherhood practitioner, Seány O'Kane!

We hear how the former Big Brother contestant turned his back on the celebrity life and embarked on the journey of becoming a leading expert in working with young dads in domestic violence situations - helping vulnerable dads become better engaged fathers.

Seány also tells the incredible/hilarious story of how he became a dad and describes his son's modern parenting set-up...involving a dad and two mums.

In other news, Jamie fills Seth in on a particularly messy poop incident with daughter Matilda, and Seth describes the trepidation of sending his little one, Eliza to the child minder for the first time. There's also a couple of great products reviewed in 'DAD TECH'!
