It's Holiday Week over here at Good Grief HQ and we are talking about how you can enjoy your holidays WHILE grieving. We know that the holidays are hard and we know that you're doing your best. We hope that these mini episodes can help you to find some clarity and bring a little bit more magic into your holidays this season. Even in the midst of grief.

{MINI EPISODE} Holiday Challenge

My goal is to get on stories at least once a day and share (WITH VIDEO) something that has gone well or that was good in my day. I’m vowing to do that until the New Year.

I want to invite you to do the same. Seek out the good things that happen every day. Even if they’re small. ESPECIALLY if they’re small. Notice those things that you do right. That your partner does right. Notice them. Point them out. And invite more of those moments of goodness into your life by recognizing them.

Wherever you are on your journey— you’re right where you need to be. And with each new day, you can get closer to transforming your grief into a force for good. Step by step and day by day, you’ll get closer. And things will get lighter and easier. And you’ll start to see the little bits of magic in each day. Your situation may not be any different, but YOU will be different. And that’s where the magic really happens.
