
People get upset about things they have absolutely no control over; like a flight delay, the weather, a flat tire, an obnoxious coworker, etc. We need to write down a list of the things that upset us the most and figure out if these are things that we CAN control or things that we CAN’T control. Things we can control are the ones of our own doing. Things we can’t control are the ones NOT of our own doing.
