Martin Kenneth Lopez is one of those who actually founded his business, Tekton Labs, while still in college in Peru! With a go big or go home attitude, he had his eyes set on the USA market and obtained his first client from posting on tech message boards way back in 2007! Fast forward to 2020, Tekton Labs has scaled to over 150+ employees, all across the Americas, from the US to Chile! Kenneth talks about the growth of his business, expansion to so many countries, his steps to hire & replace himself as CEO, and now his plans for future endeavors.
