The Glacier’s Song is a multi-layered journey inspired by the experience of listening and singing with Icelandic glaciers. I aim to inspire you to connect with nature, with your creative force and with your sensual power in embodied ways. This podcast includes meditations with the sounds of glaciers, invitations to use your singing voice, invitations to connect with your sensual energy through sounds of water and poetry, reflections on experiences of love and self-love, interviews, storytelling and insights into the creative journey of my album, live concert and artbook The Water, The Lover.

18. The eye of the guest sees everything: in conversation with climate anthropologist Cymene Howe

In this episode I have an inspiring, deep and lively chat with climate anthropologist Cymene Howe.

Through our various endeavours with and around Ok glacier, we dive into practises of being a good ancestor, and about the sharpness of the eye of the outsider.

At the door of Easter, we enquire about death and salvation for humans and glaciers, and on the grounds of hydrofeminism we cherish the newly formed lake in which the remains of Ok (Egg) are becoming a womb for new forms of life.
