Apostle Dr. Osunmakinde centered on the importance of understanding, the nature of kingdom growth, and spiritual warfare.
Learning the Kingdom from Jesus: Jesus, who manifested perfection, not only lived out the kingdom but taught it for three and a half years, drawing from 30 years of observation and experience. He only taught what He experienced and practiced.
The Path to Purpose: Fulfilling purpose requires a posture of sitting, listening, and asking questions. The kingdom is not arrived at but grown into through knowledge, even while working (e.g., Jesus the carpenter).
Understanding and Warfare: Lack of understanding triggers spiritual warfare, which is fundamentally a trial of the word. The Holy Spirit is always ahead of the enemy.
The Power of Scripture: The best way to root what God told you is to establish it from scriptures. If you cannot scripturize what God told you, the devil will steal it. The enemy does not fear fasting and praying; he dreads your understanding.
Avoiding Error: We must go into extreme study before extreme fasting. No scripture interprets itself; every scripture must be viewed in the whole counsel to avoid error.
The Danger of Worshiping Satan: Anytime a believer gives credit to Satan, believes they are cursed, worries, or speaks anything other than the Word of God in a situation, it is an act of worship to Satan. We must use the same energy for worry to worship God.
Conduct and Anointing: A kingdom-minded man cannot live with offense. You cannot be offended and anointed at the same time. We must learn to put the Lord ever before us and put things behind us.
