George piqued my interest in a presentation he gave about his work as an engineer in Afghanistan and experiencing the sudden evacuation in 2021. He has and continues to travel the world with Antarctica next to complete his mission to visit every continent in the world. He joined the Rocky Mount Rotary Club as his latest project to give back to the community he loves. It doesn't look like he is going to slow down anytime soon and I'm honored to call him my friend.
