Sara Aranel is an anthropologist by degree and by heart. She has been forever fascinated and inspired by the depths and complexity of human existence. She's been walking her spiritual path since her mid-teens and has always balanced her spiritual self with her curious rational mind.

As a teacher and organizer of women's circles, she experienced firsthand how important this balance is for people. In a safe space where all aspects of our being are supported, people can relax as they feel safe, and in that state, they start healing.

For a little over a decade, Sara has been exploring the wisdom of the cycles of nature through the teachings of our ancient ancestral heritage. Turns out that they knew much about how to navigate our human life in different periods of a yearly cycle so that one doesn't burn out but builds a fulfilling life.
